"One of my earliest memories of living at home with my family during my childhood is of us having a huge garden and growing Big Boy Jersey tomatoes. From these came fresh tomato sandwiches on Wonder Bread smeared with miracle whip & salt & pepper, Fresh made Spaghetti Sauce, sautéed Tomatoes & Zucchini and Tomato Gravy.
I love the creativity of cooking and of seeing someone taste and smell something I have made - I love to try different things and cooking is therapy for me.
